Egnom Global is a security consultancy based in Accra, Ghana, providing security architecture, AI governance and cyber resilience services. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us. For any privacy matter, you can reach us at dpo@egnomglobal.com.
The information we collect
This website does not require an account and does not profile or track its visitors. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
- When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), service of interest and message.
- When you email us or message us on WhatsApp: the contact details and content you send.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver services you request, and to maintain our business records. We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision making or advertising.
How your enquiry is processed
This is a static website with no database. Contact form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service that acts as a processor for this purpose. Your submission is protected in transit by TLS encryption, and spam controls (a verification step and a hidden trap field) protect the form from automated abuse.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers. The only storage this site uses is a single entry in your browser’s local storage that remembers you have acknowledged our cookie notice, so we do not show it to you repeatedly. Our fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests are sent to third parties.
If you choose to chat with us on WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is governed by the privacy policy of its provider, Meta. We recommend reviewing it before starting a chat. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your enquiry.
Sharing and retention
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate this website and our mailbox, and where the law requires it. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and where applicable the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to or restrict our use of your information.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana or your local supervisory authority.

Security
Security is our profession. This website is served as static content with no server side application or database, which greatly reduces its attack surface, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS. Information you send us is handled in line with the same standards we advise our clients to meet.
Children
Our services and this website are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
